Sand and resin moulding

We have a well equipped and fully revamped manual moulding (sand – resin) department, with a new 30 ton/hour IMF mixer and a range of flasks that allows us to consider large scale castings of various shapes and weights up to 8000 kilograms each.

We are in the process of installing an automated line with trolleys and flask bolsters measuring 2000x1600 mm, along with an automatic moulding station equipped with a vibrating table (FAST LOOP IMF system); this is very flexible even for small lots.
